That can mostly be done in your office or shop on a cold or rainy day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Charge and check batteries<\/li>\n<li>Charge transmitter<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2552 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.farmserver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Image-from-iOS-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.farmserver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Image-from-iOS-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.farmserver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Image-from-iOS-1-100x75.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.farmserver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Image-from-iOS-1-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Check your case to make sure no one has \u201cborrowed\u201d needed tablet or phone cabling.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure the operating system on your tablet or phone is current as well as the app.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your micro SD card is in the bird and has space to start the season.\u00a0 If full, you may need to do some deleting or perhaps purchase another card.\u00a0 I recommend carrying at least two.\u00a0 We have seen cards fail without warning and stop progress.<\/li>\n<li>Remove props and start drone while on WIFI or cellular allowing for updates if needed.\u00a0 These are becoming less frequent so don\u2019t be surprised if you are still up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Step outside and make a short flight to ensure your done is complete and ready.<\/li>\n<li>If you are a 107-license holder check your anniversary date printed on the front. Certification is good for two years at that point you will need to schedule for a retest at an FAA testing center.
